Prices quoted are for single items only - but for multidrops and ongoing accounts we can arrange great deals at a discount, saving you more money for your business!

Q. Is a premium same day delivery really direct from my business to my customer?

A. Yes an A1Cycleserve courier will collect and take your package to the delivery address by hand and a have it delivered by 5.30pm the same day, if you call dispatch before 2pm. It won't be held at an office or passed through a sorting warehouse.

Q. How do I arrange a delivery of a package to my client?

A. Just give us a call detailing the package weight (or we can weigh it for you), giving the collection address and the address you want it delivered to and whether you want same day (pemium) delivery or next day (standard) delivery.

Q. How do I pay for a delivery?

A. You can pay either in cash, cheque or if you have an account then we can invoice you every week/month.

A. How will I know if a package has been delivered to my customer?

Q. We will obtain a signature upon delivery and send you an email when the courier informs dispatch that delivery is complete.
